CD/DVD Duplication

Our duplication process is done in house at our home office. This provides us the ability to monitor the process internally and not to rely on a third party to make sure the CD is duplicated correctly and printed according to design specifications. While the replication process takes about 2 weeks, duplication can be done in as little as 24 hours.

 

The duplication process is used on projects that require a turn time of 4-6 days and in quantities of less than 1,000. This service is provided so that our clients can have their final production piece in hand for either a meeting, trade show or other event that has a short due date. CD/DVD Duplication is very similar to burning a CD on your PC. The information is obtained from a master disc and then copied onto multiple discs using sophisticated equipment that not only burns the data to the new CD but can also print a custom design right onto the CD face.

During the process of duplicating your CD/DVD we pull random discs and perform a quality control check. This added step ensures our clients that they will receive the correct data on the final shipment and by randomly checking the CD’s we can catch any type of problem and correct it before the entire project runs.

 

Having the equipment necessary to provide this service in house gives us an advantage over those duplicators who use third party vendors for the same service. Our staff is highly skilled at maintaining each project to a high level of quality.
