Shipping Rates Standard Delivery
CD Advantage’s product prices do not include shipping. Most orders ship via ground service at standard rates. Some shipments that involve very high quantities may require freight service and rate. Rates will also vary depending on your disc packaging.
Refunds & Returns
Satisfaction
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us immediately. We will replace broken or defective items within 30 days of purchase, and do everything we can to make it "hassle-free."
Warranty
We extend no guarantee beyond that supplied by the manufacturers, and imply no warranty as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any item. The liability of CD Advantage, Inc. is limited to the purchase price at the time of shipment.
Damage Claims
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us the day you receive it, so that we can contact the carrier within 48 hours. Contact us for instructions.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your transaction prior to shipment there will be a merchandising fee assessed of the total refund amount.
Merchandise Return Instructions
Contact us for a return authorization number, return shipping address, and instructions. Tell us then whether you want the product replaced or exchanged, purchase price refunded, or to receive a credit toward your next order. CD Advantage, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return or cancellation.
